I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms are well-decorated and have soundproof windows, the noise from the nearby kabaret and the inefficient in-room unit were major drawbacks for me. The hotel had lovely, very spacious rooms with great facilities such as a fridge, tea/coffee making amenities, safe, and free WiFi. However, the room was on the 3rd floor with no lift, making it a bit inconvenient for carrying luggage. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Prague, close to all main attractions. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was kind of expensive for the options provided. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
